If the state of Connecticut deems it proper to give one of its residents a drivers liscence, it probably means he or she is who they say they are. It also means that its a pain to get a birth certificate from the great state of Connecticut. So when you are only open in the morning on saturdays or during work hours, don't tell relocated residents of the state of Connecticut to go home and get a birth certificate in order to get a drivers liscence.
